It's hard eating healthy. Especially with 2 out of 3 kids badly sick. I've spent the past few weeks doing IF, and it's just not for me. I found that I wasn't able to stick to my calories and I ended up eating too much. Started of 16:8. At first it seemed too simple but then it just got super hard. Between the stress of hospital and xrays and specialists, I was the Hulk temper wise. 🙈 Today was day 1 of Keto starting at 63kgs. Fingers crossed that this is better.
