Five pounds in less than a week! I know that's typical during Phase 1 and it will not be so easy to melt it off in the coming weeks but having a good start like that is encouraging and will work as a helpful reminder in the future. Also I will only be weighing-in in the morning from now on. My first weigh-in was in the morning but the second wasn't.
