Have a Merry Christmas my fs brother!  

Heh, sounds more like fat and carbs and a calorie surplus. Not just the carbs. They are just calories.

Things appeared to be not as severe as fist diagnosed. Dr. wants me to come back in 6 months for my next stress test. I started a new BP med that seems to be keeping it down. Way down! 100\60. Heart rate is still 100. I was able to watch my murmur do it's thing. I've had mild chest pains off n on daily 2_3 times a day. I'm not sure when I should be concerned. I've taken my nitro twice since last Friday. . My cardiologis didn't seem to be as concerned as my GP Dr. I've had  

About my heart murmur. It changes day by day and it was more squirrelly when I saw my GP Dr. The day before this last test. I don't know if there is a suppliment that may keep it more stable or not.
