Yesterday wasn't either a good day or a bad day... it was just a day. I will say however it leaned more towards bad since I didn't get any exercise in. I just had so much to do... which was all busy work, hope that counts for something. followed my meal plan exactly yesterday. Having this meal planner is helping me so much. When I would try before I would run out of foods and ideas and would eat unhealthy. This time I know 100% what to eat! Now if only I could get my exercise in there regularly I would be doing great! today I will do some no matter what! yummy healthy dinner planned tonight! it's going to be a good day!

So I realized today that the goals I set are going to be overly challenging.. at least the first one. I don't want to set myself up for disappointment but I still need to push myself. I think my other mini-goal dates/weights are reasonable but this first one is approaching quickly and I gave myself a total of 17 days too loose almost 13 pounds. I'm going to push really hard to make this and hopefully won't be disappointed.
