Two workouts today: Jillian Michaels' "Shred it With Weights" (but DVD stopped working during the 3rd round, so I only did about 20 minutes) in the a.m. / Treadmill for 38 minutes in the p.m. (Burned 328 calories and 103 fat cals)
FOOD INTAKE: Breakfast: Choco-Peanut Butter Visalus Shake Lunch: Choco-Coconut Visalus Shake (only drank 1/4 to 1/2 of it) Dinner: Baked Breaded Chicken Things + sauteed green beans. (Ate a lot of green beans though, and definitely DID eat the skin on the chicken. Gah!) Snack: 1 Almond Paste Wafer Stick + two sips of leftover mocha latte. (NOT GOOD!!!!)
