Now it's, New Years eve! I had the flu earlier this week so, the day are humbled in my head. I'm glad I had my flu shot in Oct and have been keeping soups going the whole time. today's soup is beef and safe sausage. I know, sounds crazy but taste really good. I added extra sage from what I harvested in late Summer. I'm not sure what vegg's I'm going to add in my croc tonight. I have red cabbage, Brussels, broccoli, cauliflower & baby carrots.. or maybe bacon wrapped red cabbage on the side with my soup.
