wow what a great loss! 2kg in a couple of days. well 1.5kg because I had put back on half a kg after new years drinking. The massive loss is because I only had one meal yesterday (didn't eat until 6pm) and it was just 2 chicken sticks from the kebab shop. I'd like to claim it as fasting which takes incredible will power but the truth of the matter is that I was sick with the flu and slept most of the day with the sweats and really didn't feel like eating anything. So something positive came out of that struggle so I'm happy about that. I'm just hoping I maintain the weightloss for now or lose a bit more to make it 13kg down. I'd love to be 15kg down before I head back into work at the end of Jan. I'm going out to lunch with the school mum crowd today and im going to stick to steak. hopefully that will suffice as my one meal for the day.
