You may have to lower your carbs a bit. Keto is usually about 20 net carbs and things like potato is probably not possible to eat.

Thank for the feedback 😁 I have done pretty hardcore low carb in the past and didn't experience many side effects. This time I'm following a nutritionists recommendations to help with my epilepsy.
