I'm not sure how I'm down so much, but I'm very happy I am.
I do have a plan, which feels pretty good right now.
My plan is to have a 1,000 calorie deficit most days, and others a bit more. My goal calorie deficit for the week will be 7,800, so I can get to 275 pounds by June 2nd.
