I'm starting to see a slight change in body composition, finally.

It's a slow process for sure. It's been 4 weeks of eating a little less and intensifying my workouts and making them happen more frequently.

On the scale, I've lost only 3lbs, but in the mirror I'm seeing a shrinking midsection!

I'm guessing by April, it'll be pretty decent results 💪🏻

Sounds effective. Are you using a tape to verify what you're seeing. This is what I'm doing for the first time. Some have lamented that pants are tape enough, but I contend not when working on the entire structure.

Measurements are sometimes better than weight to see progress, especially if working out. Great work! :0)
