Sick again. Yuck! I'm so sick of being sick! I've been dealing with my sinuses for 3 weeks or so and just can't kick this junk and it makes my head hurt and makes me dizzy, not to mention I can't breathe, so it's hard to get a workout done. I really need to keep my eating better so I'm not gaining while I'm feeling this way. I know I'll be so tired by this evening that I won't be able to function, so the workout will have to wait, hopefully I can get it in tomorrow. If anyone has any good sinus remedies (besides the neti pot) please share.
