Well... here I am. I haven't been very good to myself over the last several months but today is a new day. I woke up wanting to do better this morning so I am going to give it my best today.

I have been away for quite awhile too, but I decided to get things back together and get back on track. Another birthday is looming and I'm tired of not being the best version of myself. You are inspiring and beautiful--and will be at whatever size you are. Keep up the hard work--I'll be watching, for inspiration :)
