Didnt weigh in for a few days. Ive had a lot going on work wise and have been on the go go go! To make it easier, and make my kid happy, weve been eating out pretty much all weekend. Lots of food for sure! Today my schedule goes back to semi-normal for about 2 weeks and Im starting an aggressive fat loss diet again. I did well last fall and Im looking forward to kick-starting the year with some progress, and to get off the crap thats become so easy to grab.

I DID enjoy the chinese food and fries this weekend. I was disappointed in the ice cream treats and that must be why I kept trying them... 🤣

All good, I know todays gain will drop off shortly.
