Milestone moment for me!! Saw my Dr today and he confirmed that i'm down 20 pounds!! I'm soooo proud of myself! It's the first time in years that i've been able to stick to a diet with success and lose so much in this amount of time! I'm a very happy girl! 40 more to go!!!
