So after a month of an annoying ebb and flo with minimal results, I have embarked on a Keto-style eating regimen. I have dismissed it for multiple years but after seeing the positive results from others, and getting to know my body by being conscientious of what happens when I eat certain things like pasta and breads...I am ready to tackle my body in a different way.
