I have only gained 1/2 pound this week, but I deserved 2 pounds. I prayed for the scale to be only 190 this morning, I was lucky it was only 1/2 pound. Mexican, Chinese, Chips, Crackers, Rice-a-Roni, chips, BEER, etc. But, again, exercise is key! I did really good yesterday with about 1,000 calories, thinking about trying the FAST diet.
