This week was a bit tougher than all the weeks before. I seemed a bit hungrier than usual, but didn't get freaked out about it. I kept up with my workouts and kept a good mental attitude. I think there are just a lot of extra things going on in my life that are weighing me down...no pun intended!
Not much of a weight loss this week, but I will surely see it next week. The body takes time to adjust downward on the scale. I am still pleased with my progress!
