I'm modifying my diet, essentially going off Atkins. My energy was too low and the weight wasn't coming off even after dropping 1000 calories (to a still high 2800-3000) and maintaining ketosis. My new approach will incorporate more complex carbs and trying to get my calories consistently below the 2500 level working toward 2000-2200.
