Back on the app after many months of not tracking because I was gaining and losing in large swings due to health issues and it was incredibly frustrating. Winter arrived and it seemed like I only increased no matter what I did. :( Gained back over ten pounds from my lowest. I want to get into better tracking habits again, so I can reduce my weight further and stay healthy. May the arrival of Spring motivate me even further.

I totally get how you feeling, winter time is always the time I put on my weight, And spring and summer is when I take it all off. Ever since I joined on here, this is the first winter I didn’t packet on I actually lost some.

I'm back since January
of I dont track and weigh I just slip behind. took a long time but I gained most of what I had lost back. being here keeps me accountable so here I am. also with you on anxiously awaiting spring !!
