Woke up and weighed in at 262.0, then went to the bathroom and reweighed myself at 261.0. Went to the bathroom again a little later and just for giggles, I weighed in again and this time was at 260.4. I stuck to my diet yesterday and was initially frustrated by my weight, but its somewhat encouraging that I just needed to give my body time to fully wake up and work before jumping on the scale. Granted I would love to kiss as soon as I wake up, but sometimes that’s just not feasible and I need to be patient.
