The scale was not cooperating this morning. My first weight was 183. I was THRILLED but stunned. Weighed again, and it was 184.4. Weighed again, was 184.0. Again, 185. Several more times was still 185, so that's the weight I entered today. It's still .8 of a pound lost in a week, which is fabulous! Now, my frustration with my own scale prompted me to weight myself on the gym's scale, which reported 187. But that's not fair to switch back and forth between two scales, so I'll stay happy with 185. :) I can't decide if resveratrol is really a weight loss aid.. I want to believe it, so I drink 5 oz of Pinot Nior with dinner, but I don't know if it's helping or just added calories. Last night was my first self-defense training class with Sheri, very unorganized but I did learn a few things ("ram", protect the air way and blood flow). Lastly, I'm going to the doc Thurs to talk about removing some growths in unmentionable places, worried about how long that will set me back (and how much!).
