My scales are on crack. i weighed 199.6 when i got up. After 3 cups of water, my walk and 2nd bathroom break i weighed and got a flash of 198.? then it went to 199.6 several times. Then it went to 200.0 and then 2 more cups of water and was 199.6. :/ So, since i saw a flash of 198 and then after 16oz of water it was 199.6, i'm going with 198.6. incidentally i ate steak and potatoes last nite and it's still with me. . . if you know what i mean. So there!
