I'm a bit surprised to have lost weight. I know the numbers looked good, but i felt i didn't do well on my diet this weekend. I was very 'snacky' but i wonder if that has to do with exhaustion plus workplace stress. Plus, i started my period today. One interesting thing about that is that i had no PMS and so far no cramping. Last month was one of the worst, so i think the diet may be helping. I hope so!
