Well, I have my appointment with the endocrinologist on Monday. I'm really hoping that she will be able to help me get to the bottom of why the weight is coming off so slowly. My fear is that she will say that there is nothing wrong with me and send me packing. I'm a bit nervous but hopeful. I was down a bit again this week, so that is good. I'll just keep plugging away.

Let me know how you are! Hope she comes up with some help for you. It is sooooooooo frustrating to do all this and not lose weight!

Hi slease - I noticed you commented on Sara's journal. We sure have been on here a long time, off and on of course for me too. I may start low-carb dieting in a month or so if the scale doesn't go down. It gets a bit tougher to lose I noticed last time I did it - compared to the first time when the weight came off rather swiftly, the body does have a strange way of making one not lose too much weight too fast - best wishes...
