yeah maybe you're right. It just seems like the scale wouldn't budge and then all of a sudden the weight started coming off. I have no idea what's going to happen. Some weeks I've lost nothing, some weeks I've put on a couple pounds, but I just lost 6 pounds in the last couple of weeks, so I have no idea what my body is going to do. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing.

That's all you can do really-I don't think anyone knows for sure what causes the body to hold onto weight, or gain it short term, but I think a lot of people here, myself included, have experienced the sudden loss that comes out of the blue and happens really fast. That reminds me, I need to come up with a weekend plan, today!
