The past month has been stupifyingly bad for us (me and LAB64): on our second day of vacation and 300 km from home, our car broke down on the highway and from that point on things went to hell, culminating in the death of my father-in-law one week ago today.
For the past seven days, a time frame which had us driving back that 300kn to get our finally-fixed car, our diet and fitness programs were at the bottom of out list of importance.
Today, we are starting from scratch with me having gained 9 lbs from Sept 15 to yesterday.
We now feel driven, and October is going to be the antithesis of September.
