Up, down, up , down. It hasn't been the best week for eating healthy and I must admit I used the lockdown as an excuse to make sure I get to eat and drink at a few of my favorite places. But I have been gifted with 21 days to make things right. Is there any other South African that is going to use the lockdown as a great way to focus on healthy eating and fitness?
