Well week 1 of working from home/stay at home order not going so well. I did walk the treadmill more but apparently eating to much...it’s going to be a long 2 weeks left..at this rate I will probably gain 20 more pounds....awesome
After this weigh in I did put my jeans on and they still fit so I’ll take as a win for now..

Just don’t do it— it is really that easy. If you truly can’t control the nibbling, get the stuff out of your house. As in many things in life, self control is crucial. I wish you well.
