so mad at gaining weight. back on Medifast for a month to see how it goes. i've decided to journal. i am a stress eater. I never was before. this is frustrating.

My goal is to loose 12 libs this month. That's 3 lbs a week. totally do-able.

It's tough to exercise on this crap diet, but I will try to get up early when I have energy and do the elliptical 20 - 30 4x a week. I also will take the stairs 1 x per day at work at clinic.

I will also drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

At 170 my sadle bags are coming back, my arms are looking fat again, and my legs look awful.

Sorry you started to gain some of your weight back! I'm worried about going through transition and losing my mojo as far as weight loss, even though I'm not even close to ready for that phase yet! I agree that exercise is tough, I find that since I'm eating so few calories, I just don't have the energy a lot of the time. I don't know where your weight loss journey started, but at least you have some very reasonable weight loss goals and you can get back to where you want to be within a couple months if you stick to it! I've got a lot more to go, but just thinking about the fact that I've already lost over 40lbs in just over 3 months is pretty exciting to me. :)
