Well today is a new day. I am entering into the "my own diet" phase of dieting. After many, many, many attempts at particular diets, with successes and failures, I am now just going to try it on my own. I think I have learned enough to know what I can and cannot eat, so I am now going to just eat reasonably, exercise moderaterly, and see where that leads. Wish me luck!!
