My family has their birthday's starting from the end of August, happening approximately every two weeks until my birthday:) Today we celebrate my husbands:) His mother said back when he was born the doctor lost patience with her birthing him because the doctor was anxious to leave so he could watch the World Series. She told us that this doctor had given her something that put her out and delayed her labor. The story boils my blood and seems like such a risk and awful thing to do. Some humans can be selfish to this extent, which is incredibly heartbreaking. My husband became very ill as an infant and I believe this difficult start to life has something to do with the "impatient" quality trait my husband was born with and still has to this day.
Tonight we will celebrate by visiting with some dear friends and then with them go play BINGO! Wish us luck! I am doing much better controlling my hunger once I started to journal what I am eating again and put my focus back to it. TOWANDA!!!!!

Great pic, Lisa! Lol, all men are impatient. It's called dopamine, the male hormone. Challenge, risk, ...can't remember the third attractant...probably sex. ;-) Naturally domestic routine kills them. We, on the other hand, thrive on oxytocin...nurturing, warmth, comfort. Lol, domestic life. In our hospital system, on the Labour and Delivery ward, the doctor is not called until the baby is just about to pop out. The nurses and staff midwife do all the supervising and assisting. Good thing. ;-) Congrats on finding your focus in journalling. Have a wonderful time tonight!!!

Yes, a very good thing the Labor and Delivery routine has changed up since my husband was born back country somewhere in the stone ages :) Thanks Cathy and Maria....BINGO!!! Towanda!!!
