I’ve never watched calories. Never knew how many people had to have a day. Learning so much. I’m having between 1100-1300 calories as I realised I was eating about 2000 if not more. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress. And if anyone can tell me how to change my profile pic that would be great 🤷🏽‍♀️

At the moment, the only way to do it is to log onto the website and change it there. The image will come through to the app. We are looking at new ways to bring non-food related photos to the app. Should have something in by June, hopefully.

Pumkins are very low calories but very high in potassium. So great to help in balancing 3 grams of potassium to 1 gram of salt equation. Needed for blood pressure control.
