I am a carb addict!!! I think that the high carb values in the Slim Fast diet are sabotaging me - so I am going to modify and have Slim Fast for lunch only for a while.....

I too am a carb addict. It's why I quit the slim fast diet last fall. I couldn't get away from pasta. In the time since I played around with other stuff and never found anything that worked for me. A bit ago I went back to slim fast and noticed that by adding bananas to it has all but killed my carb cravings. Just something I noticed and thought it might help you out.
