Gained some weight since our wedding trip at the end of February. We have been pretty slack about making our meals and I find we are going out or grabbing something more and more. Luckily we got to the grocery and have made dinner all this week. Here's to getting back on track! Plus I have set some small goals for the month - lose 5 lbs and workout 20 times.
Greg will be gone for most of June & July running the local Boy Scout camp and then on a trip to NM for backpacking, I always lose weight and workout more when he's gone.
