Super annoyed. Thursday evening I went a bit over my daily calories and did have some salty things, nuts, a bit of chips.. But I also exercised that Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well, usually I just exercise 3 times a week. And the rest of the week I was very focused on staying within my calorie limits, so this is very frustrating to me. 🤦♀️
