so I've finally had a decent loss after it becoming harder and harder to shift the weight. I am going to try and do the same things and eat the same things today to see if it was the different things I did yesterday to get things moving again. differences were that I had my first meal of the day much earlier than usual. had brunch at 10.30am rather than 12 - 1 ish. I had a big lunch which was 3 low carb hotdogs, sourcream, cheese and sauerkraut (followed by a low carb sweet treat and cashews) and then a small dinner (2 low carb sausages) and that's it. no cup pf tea after dinner like usual and the only other thing is that I remembered to drink electrolytes yesterday which I haven't in a while. I also went for an hour long walk which is becoming pretty common for me during ISO. I either do that or go on my cross trainer for 30 minutes. So ... let's see if I can do the same kinda thing for today and if I get similar results. I was right on my cals for the day and I'm going to go and check out what my macros ended up being. doesn't hurt to try and crack your code I reckon.
