NOW that I think morning sickness and the need to keep my belly full is past me, Im modifying my food choices as if I had gestational diabetes :) I had my omelette and coffee (I can drink coffee now!) this morning AND Im drinking water again yee ha!
I cannot believe how much I weigh! Actually I can believe it the way Ive been eating. NOW that Im back to carb control, we'll see if there is a change for the better.
61,2 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 4,5 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

You might consider setting an "I won't gain more than this much" goal so you don't get down about your weight gain. That is what I plan on doing when I get pregnant. :) Just a suggestion.

I hear ya Shannon!! I've had TERRIBLE morning sickness!! I can't drink coffee, diet pop, juice barley even water!! I'm frickn' dehydrated all day!! My diet consists of toast and p/b, crackers and liptons chicken noodle soup, apples, plums and banannas. I've been craving Hawaiian pizza and hamburgers and cheddar cheese. I don't even like hamburger or cheddar cheese?!?! haha!! The joys of early pregnancy!!
