Wooohooo! I’m a lb away from losing the 12 lbs I gained a couple weeks ago. Yes, I’ve seen this number on this journey already, but happy to see it again. A couple years ago I would’ve given up if I would have seen a gain like I had had. But this time it just motivated me more. Plus, I knew I had earned Every lb I had gained back. And it was delicious! I had a week of pure gluttony. I didn’t expect it to send me up 12 lb, but it sure did. It was another learning experience in so far as, since I was feeling healthier, then went unhealthy again... how it made my body feel. And for me, at this time and age in my life, it’s 99 percent about feeling and being healthy. The fact I get to take out the smaller sized clothes I had packed away, is a Big bonus!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Love each other and remember, weight loss is rarely a straight path down. ❤️🌞🦋

Hi jc! Thank you so much! Girl, yes, I loooov fitting into smaller clothes! Funny because I had them in a box to be given away. I had given up on losing weight when I did that. So glad I’m a procrastinator and left them in my closet for a year, lol! I had a great day! I hope you had a good day!

It’s the best ☀️🦋! I love donating my clothes I’m growing out of because I think I have a good handle on this now🙌 My daughter is giving me clothes like hey mom, this would look so good on you💞 like swoon!! And also, mama isn’t really ready for that one Kendal and Kylie midriff sweet baby girl, but makes me happy she thinks I could wear it ☺️🥰🤗😂🤣🤣♥️💜💚 We got this friend!💜💚
