Yes the Meal Replacement Shakes are great. They are a great jump start to your day. They have same part protein/carb to start your metabolism. AND they are low glycemic index so they don't raise blood sugar. The nutrition in shake equals 2 bowls of oatmeal and 3 eggs. :)
