I have been away from FS for a long time. I had been really struggling keeping my weight down. I went up to 146 then down and back up over the last few weeks. I finally decided to not use my scale all week after my last week's weigh in. It was very hard to avoid it at first, but I noticed I was getting upset and it started a lot of negative talk in my head that I was not losing. It put me in a bad place to start the day. Putting it away has been a very good thing for me it turns out. I have been not having the ugly self talk in the morning, I am tracking my exercise on my calendar, and I am eating less. I can feel a difference in my muscles getting tighter and everything tightening in again as I do more push ups, sit ups and floor exercises. Doing these things regularly makes a big difference. I am shooting to be back down to my goal in November.
