It's been 4 days (today would be #5) without any ReddiWip (has added sugar according to the label) and without any products with sugar alcohols. This started as just a test to see if the sugar alcohols would affect me in any way, which I didn't really believe they would. I haven't felt any different, but today's weight loss was a surprise, so....?
Walked 3.1 miles; very cool morning, but still wore shorts. A couple of garage sales going on in the neighborhood, so lots of activity around, even though it was early. My mileage today brings my weekly total for the walking challenge to 18.6 miles and my total challenge mileage so far to 55.3 miles. This will close out my third week on the challenge, as tomorrow is a scheduled day off for me. The 50-Miles-in-30-Days Challenge has another week to go, so it's all bonus mileage for me from now on.
