Hey, how are y’all doing? I want to feel welcome on this app, but I’m not sure how to begin finding my comfort zone. If I post a day where I have a cheat meal would that get me in trouble for being human or cause anyone to feel like I’m trolling? Honestly, I want to be true and transparent during my weight loss journey. That way I can reflect on how far I’ve come or if I see that I haven’t lost any weight I can take responsibility for a cheat meal or two. Any who, I would like to hear from y’all and get inspired by you. I know everyone has their insecurities or problem areas. Just because a person appears small doesn’t mean they don’t have their own self esteem issues. I actually look forward to making friends all around the world here. I’m still adjusting to this app. It’s hard to remember to take pictures of my food but I’ll be on y’alls level soon. Congratulations on your journey so far ☺️ I hope we become acquainted on here. I love supporting people and seeing others being committed to bettering themselves truly motivates me to do the same. Nice meeting you and welcome to my weight loss journey.

Thank youuuu 😊 I’m glad people are sweet on here. That makes me feel a LOT better! I feel that’s the most challenging part about losing weight. The judgment of slacking or not seeing results fast enough.
