Journal de Dama_Diesel, 25 mai 13

Even though I have lost some kg i changed plans today to eat vegetable in the morning, lunch and maybe dinner too. And have my 2 snacks in between. I didn't do a lot of exercise but I ate 5 times a day and didn't eat after 7 o'clock pm. I'm just a little bit disappointed due to the fact that I was sick for 2 days and I didn't eat those days. i didn't lose more grams. But it's okay. yesterday i ate only 2 white bread and was full the whole day. So i didn't eat anymore. But again. It's okay. I'm focused now to lose the weights I have gain. I need to be more active. I'm a little bit lazy. By the way, My diet is that i watch my caloric intake. Enjoy your diet people.
