I did not actually weigh, i just need to finish my diary from yesterday.
I started my period Sunday, Oct 17th.
I felt blah all of last week. I hardly exercised and by the end of the week it was difficult for me to keep track of my food diary. I did it, but it was a chore. I'm hoping that was just hormone related. Possibly a little depression, too, because of not hearing from Terry.
I've had an odd thing happen - this past weekend and 2 w/e ago. i just felt like stopping the diet. I felt like it was just easier to be fat, that maybe that's who I am and I don't feel like fighting this my whole life. I think there are at least 2 reasons why I've felt that way. 1) The weight loss has slowed, so it's not as exciting and 2) I think there is a spiritual component/warfare. I know God wants us healthy and able to enjoy life to the fullest; Satan wants the opposite.
This week I'm back on track. I started riding the bike and I started over on my Wii Active 30 Day Challenge. I did eat Olive Garden yesterday, but it's ok and I came home and exercised.
So, 10 wks in and I'm deciding to stick with my goals.
