This is as good a time as any to start documenting my progress, or lack there of. This weekend was a huge accomplishment for me. I've really been struggling to keep control over the weekends. But Ive finally decided that it is time to buckle down and not let outside influences affect my decisions. Even though I've eaten over 2000 calories pretty consistently, I've been working out very hard and working alot. I recently started my crossfit job and that is very energy draining. However since today is Monday I will officially try to start maintaining around 1800 calories per day, and I will drop it from there according to how the weight loss is coming.
