Well I'm almost +2lbs today. Ugh. Since I lost my soulmate last year I'm very careful about not watching shows or movies that are going to trigger any kind of extra grief so I don't know why I put on season 2 of After Life yesterday afternoon. Once I started I couldn't stop, which led to drinking an entire bottle of wine which led to a lot of binge eating 🤦♀️ I know a lot of that 2lbs is going to be water because I had a lot of sodium but still.. Now I've slept all day, have a headache and feel like shit. I guess at the very least I can be thankful that I won't be awake for that many hours today so I should come in way under budget on my calories.
