Hi Walks 76. I started out at 97.7kg in Oct last year and 1400 calories. I stayed under 20 grams of carbs. As time went in when I hit stalls I reduced to 1200 cals and still under 20 grams of carbs. Recently (may 2020 ai hit a stall and changed things up again and went to 10 grams of carbs or less and still 1200. I throw in a few days when I am in the mood to go to 800 cals but I keep my protein high (115 grams) so that I don't loss muscle mass. This has been a gradual process as I haven't wanted to accept stalls and have tried my best to find weightloss hacks that work for me. Happy to share because I want everyone to feel as amazing and proud as I do now. Good luck.
