Last week my daily average calories came to 2027 so I'm quite surprised to have lost 200g this week - was hoping to just maintain again. Will need to get my calories down at some point, but for now just interested in seeing what happens if I just keep tracking absolutely everything.
Did manage 150 mins YouTube workouts last week, but so far this week only did a 40 min leg workout, which was great. Also bought the Kauai Plant Protein Powder recommended by LCFF so thanks for that! Had some on that day and think I'll do 20g portions to make it last a bit longer. Was so happy to find it at my local Spar for only R190 for 500g. I think I'll use it only on my workout days so three days a week and see how that increases my average for the week - it's still around 52g a day right now. Would love to get to 80g with the help of some ground flaxseed, soya chunks, lentils, beans, etc.
