I’m digging this whole swimming and getting some exercise in and just having fun with it and not stressing over it. It’s working 🤗 just gotta keep on moving 🎶 🎵 I will get there💜💚

That sounds so perfect. I love the exercise I do that is mostly moving around. Swimming sounds wonderful. I keep checking to see if outdoor pool is open but not yet.

Thanks liv🤗🥰 I am mostly swimming and doing squats in the pool and running forwards and backwards and high knee kicks, donkey kicks because it is so much easier on the body. And it doesn’t feel like exercise because it’s so peaceful. I hope the pool opens up soon for you friend 💜💚

Thanks tatauu 🥰🤗 life is so stressful right now with the virus that I think stressing about my weight being stagnant wasn’t helping. My Dr friend who gave me the medium scrubs has noticed a difference in my body but said I might be stuck from cortisol and building muscle. Friend this is so much better 🙌💜💚

All is well here in South Dakota!! My lovely daughter and equally lovely niece planned a family reunion for next weekend in Minnesota. We will all be there, and my Dad is flying up from Arizona. A few days off of the diet, but well worth it!! Thank you so much for asking!! No swimming but lots of boating and bar b que-ing. It's been several years since we've all been together... lots of new nephews and nieces... fiances' and boyfriends and girlfriends. It will be a fun gathering!!
