I start "CONTROL-IT" this coming Monday. It's a weight control program through my chiropractor. He says it is not a diet but rather a lifestyle change. We'll see. :-)

The first two weeks you write down, in the food journal provided to you, everything that goes in your mouth. You then have the consultation and begin the full program with the cleanse, the protein, powders, and supplements.

What the heck. I've got to try it. Especially since the program is only available through a medical doctor and you get the consults to track your progress and help you through the rough spots. That way, you aren't trying to figure out why you've plateaued and stopped losing weight by yourself. You'll have medical advise to guide you.

I'll keep everyone advised as to my progress. If nothing else, it should be an interesting journey. Here's to a slimmer ME!
